Game Caption terms.

1. Purpose of the service

Game Caption is a helper mobile app designed to detect subtitles on a game screen through the device camera and provide Turkish translation. The app does not modify games, consoles or game files.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for using the app in accordance with laws, platform rules and third-party rights. Game Caption does not claim an official partnership with game developers, console manufacturers or platform owners.

3. Translation accuracy

Translations are generated automatically. Camera angle, subtitle clarity, internet connection, source text and translation technology may affect results. Game Caption does not guarantee that every translation will be error-free.

4. Subscriptions and Professional preview

Premium AI and Professional features may be offered through App Store subscriptions. Subscription prices, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple App Store rules. The 40-minute Professional preview offered to eligible new users does not automatically start a paid subscription. This website does not process payments.

5. Intellectual property

The Game Caption name, design, brand elements and app content belong to their respective owners. Nothing in the app gives users ownership rights over the brand or software.

6. Limitation of liability

Game Caption does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or perform the same under all conditions. User experience may vary depending on device, camera, connection, lighting and the quality of text on the game screen.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
